Skin is the largest organ. It pays to put the highest quality, natural, organic ingredients on our skin. Dr. Mercola’s Natural Body Butter amazing. One of the few 100% certified organic body care products on the market. I also like Dr. Mercola very much. I think that he really cares about his customers. He has an amazing customer service philosophy. I love my body butter. I am currently using the lavender scent. There is an orange scent available also. Dr. Mercola gives great discounts for purchasing in quantity.

I also use the Krill Oil supplement with Evening Primrose Oil. This product is great for your skin and lubricating your system. I also purchased this product in quantity and received a great discount.

The morning is my best time. I have the most energy at this time. Today I tried a new product. I am always trying new things. That is what is fun about becoming a vegetarian. By the way, becoming a vegetarian is not something you do over night. It is a process of discovery. It requires dedication and research if you want to be successful and have a long healthy life.
The product I introduced today is a powered “Bee” complex with Ginseng and Herbs called Royal Rush. That’s right, a Bee…. Bees produce a highly concentrated source of nutrition called royal jelly, pollen, and propolis. All of these bee products are derived from the hive before they are made into honey. Honey is last in the cycle.
I mixed the Royal Rush with Field of Greensand orange juice for a morning energy drink. It was great.
Some vegetarians do not use bee products. I have not researched the reasons why yet. So far I am grateful for bees and bee keepers. Here is a shot of a “Rooftop Bee Keeper” at the Farmers Market at Union Square in NYC. He sells other stuff also, but is known for the NYC Roof Top Honey.

I really wanted to catch you up on the past 4 months but I could not help today by starting you out with my morning routine. The first thing that I do after about 30 minutes worth of yoga practice is drink a very large glass of warm water with fresh organic lemon juice. This is absolutely the best way to hydrate and get your digestion moving first thing in the morning.

The next thing that I do is take supplements. Whole Foods Market has the most comprehensive and best selection of supplements I have ever experienced. I take krill oil, gingko biloba, siberian ginseng, wild blue green algae, chlorella, spirulina, marine greens, bee pollen, propolis, royal jelly and powdered greens. All of these superfoods have made a huge difference in my energy level, especially while experimenting with my diet. I was confident that I was getting the nutrition that I needed.

Then I drink Field of Greens, a powdered greens mixed with orange juice or carrot juice. I use bottled juices for this. I go through quite a bit. The best brand for bottled juices is Lakewood Juices, no doubt. I have done the homework friends.
More to come.
