<p>Citric Acid is what makes foods tangy. I wanted to know if it was synthetic, processed or natural. Well, I have concluded that it is highly processed, however natural in origin. See the article posted above.</p>
<p>I do not consider it a whole food or raw food. I have decided not to use it in my new food project.</p>
