The morning is my best time. I have the most energy at this time. Today I tried a new product. I am always trying new things. That is what is fun about becoming a vegetarian. By the way, becoming a vegetarian is not something you do over night. It is a process of discovery. It requires dedication and research if you want to be successful and have a long healthy life.

The product I introduced today is a powered “Bee” complex with Ginseng and Herbs called Royal Rush. That’s right, a Bee…. Bees produce a highly concentrated source of nutrition called royal jelly, pollen, and propolis. All of these bee products are derived from the hive before they are made into honey. Honey is last in the cycle.

I mixed the Royal Rush with Field of Greensand orange juice for a morning energy drink. It was great.

Some vegetarians do not use bee products. I have not researched the reasons why yet. So far I am grateful for bees and bee keepers. Here is a shot of a “Rooftop Bee Keeper” at the Farmers Market at Union Square in NYC. He sells other stuff also, but is known for the NYC Roof Top Honey.
